Chris has been cooking and playing organized sports for over 30 years. He was elected into his 6A high school Hall of Fame for cross country, received a soccer scholarship to college, participated in rugby for 20 years (with 15 of those on the national level). Additionally, his recreational hobbies include: triathlons, adventure racing, boxing, basketball, volleyball and various other cardio vascular activities.
With regard to cooking, Chris was fortunate to be the son of an award-winning chef and so he started early in life in the kitchen. He has provided catering services for the past 15 years along with teaching gourmet cooking. Furthermore, he has been studying the effects of nutrition on the human body for the past 20 years and now has combined his knowledge to create this program.
He is currently authoring two books on wellness and nutrition along with a third book on wines.
